I've Made a Goal to Literally "Spice Up My Life" (and diet)

Basically my goal is too appreciate the fact that "healthy food" can be delicious food, and not be so humdrum in the kitchen. I want to "spice" up my diet with a wider variety of exotic fruits, vegetables and SPICES. There's no rule that eating healthy has to be boring, but somehow I always let myself get into a rut. This week I will prepare at least one exotic, and healthy dish that I have never before tried. There are many health benefits associated with different herbs and spices, but more importantly (in my opinion) they keep the kitchen exciting. When it comes to eating healthy- you gotta keep the love alive!
