It's All About the Portion Control

For me, everything hinges on portion control. I can even gain weight on vegetables if I eat too much! Pre-made meals are great for limiting the number of times I go back to the serving dish for seconds, or second seconds, or third seconds... I would love to know any tips for portion control. It's a constant battle isn't it? Sometimes I wish I were French!
