Is there an easy way to compare food value?

Of all the sites I've visited, the one I prefer is MyFood-A-Pedia, from the United States Department of Agriculture. MyFoodAPedia is the newest page from the MyPyramid.com website. I've loved the 2005 MyPyramid since the 1st day I taught it. It's like having your own personal dietitian on line, in the privacy of your own home. And, since my tax dollars paid for it, I like to use it and share it... you paid for it too. Check out the MyFoodAPedia page at
