
Hmm, my answer to this would be why?
Fats are an essential part of a healthy diet. Good fats that is.
Look at good fat options like nuts, avocados, grass fed meats and olive oil.
Avoid like the plague trans fats, hydrogenated fats or anything that has been super heated.
Your brain needs fat to function and hormones need fats to be able to sustain life. So don't forgo all the fats they are crucial to good health.
