Hmm, my answer to this would be why?

 Fats are an essential part of a healthy diet. Good fats that is.

Look at good fat options like nuts, avocados, grass fed meats and olive oil.

Avoid like the plague trans fats, hydrogenated fats or anything that has been super heated.

Your brain needs fat to function and hormones need fats to be able to sustain life. So don't forgo all the fats they are crucial to good health.

There are list of good diet plans and weigh loss activities to help you burn extra fats though. The site I am going to share does not guarantee 100% success rate because there are methods that work for others while some does not. So feel free to experiment and find the method that works for you here
