In the kitchen: The right tools make preparation easier

Fewer than one third of American adults eat enough vegetables, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, despite growing evidence that eating fruits and vegetables lower the risk of heart disease, cancer, type 2 diabetes and obesity. Part of the problem may be people find it time-consuming and difficult to prepare fruits and vegetables.
