The fact that you are even asking the question shows that you are thinking intelligently about how food impacts your health. Actually, I wouldn't worry too much about the repetition, but the contents of the wrap are important considerations. Your body needs carbohydrates, fat, protein and vitamins and minerals. It looks like you are getting some of that in your chicken wrap. However, there are some parts to it that you may be overindulging in, such as cheese. The cheese and the fat free ranch dressing are the two elements that could cause the most trouble, if eaten in excess.

I was just wondering...is it bad to have grilled chicken wraps almost every night? I'm attending college and i know that variation with my food is healthy, but I'm talking about nutritionally: is it healthy or not healthy to have grilled chicken wraps most nights?...this is what i usually put on it:
