To answer this question fullyI’d definitely need more information from you.

How many calories are you consuming versus how many are you expending? It’s definitely possible you’re not eating enough. Are you consistent (do you track every day)? Just a few days of getting off track can make a huge impact. What kinds of foods are you eating?
