I've read your posts lately on eating better and working out more but not losing weight. I understand that this happens sometime

You may need to spend a day tracking your calories to see if you’re consuming more than you’re burning, since new workout regimens can often make us particularly hungry. Also, weight training can cause weight gain in the form of muscle (which weighs more by volume than fat). Remember, you can’t always trust the scale!
