
Hello Angel. Coffee and sugar do not contribute in a positive way to healthy living AND as you are discovering, they are incredibly addictive.
I can only tell you what has worked for me. For sugar issues I have found that stevia (specifically Sunectar) helps meet my sweet need and does it in a healthier way. And that either Calli tea or Yerba Matte can assist one in weening themselves off of coffee. It is very challenging stuff, not easy, and you'll need others around you to be supportive.

Coffee with 3 heaping SUGARS AND HALF AND HALF jump start me in the am. I know this is not the way to start my day if I want to lose weight and be healthy but I enjoy the coffee and the sugar. Help???
