
Fruit smoothies are healthy and nutritious and "good for you." Try this one, for 120 calories:
- 4 oz non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped banana
- 1 pack Splenda (or other zero-cal sweetener: Stevia, Nutrasweet,,,)
- 1 cup crushed ice
Blend and enjoy.
