I'm not drinking enough water!

I didn't realize that lack of hydration causes bruises , and that it makes it a challenge to draw blood. Do you know why this is? Did the nurses tell you? And as far as drinking water goes, it's always a good idea to drink a full glass before each meal. Not only does this ensure that you're getting part of your daily dose in water, but it also helps if you have a tendency to overeat. And if you take a vitamin supplement, take it in the morning with a full glass of water. Also, make sure you fill up a flask of water and keep it by your desk if you're one of those people who doesn't have time to make regular trips to the work kitchen.
