I have to admit, I googled “panhypopituitarism” because I had never heard of it before (and I’m the kind of person who loves watching diagnostic shows like Mystery Diagnosis and House! I realize that doesn’t mean I have any medical knowledge whatsoever, but still.).

First and foremost, I want to refer you to Miss Veggie Booty’s blog, because she also has a medical issue that has affected her body/weight in some ways. But from what I can tell, she’s become an expert at managing it, all while staying at a healthy weight and accepting her “imperfections.”

My hunch is that what non-panhypopituitarism people do to get rid of stomach “flub” would probably work for you, too! In a nutshell, here it is:
