i have hyperthyroidism and would like to know if i can eat dried cranberries

FYI, Cranberry is a good source of iodine, a trace mineral that is essential for the proper function of tyroid.

Food that must be avoided:-

Cabbage, turnip, mustard, cassava root, millet, soyabean and peanuts.
