
You need a blood test called 25(OH)D get the one from Lab Corp the one from Quest isn't accurate. Start by taking 6,000IU per day for a few months, then get another test. Optimum D is about 70, 50 is the lower limit of good anything over 100 is not necessary. If your second test hasn't risen much increase your intake of the vitamin.
