It’s the same old explanation: Sugar often makes us crave more sugar!

Does that mean you should give up chocolate? Noooo. Not at all. I’d just suggest transitioning to the darkest possible chocolate you find edible. I go all the way up to 85%, but if you’re a newbie, start with 60% or 65% and work your way up!

Because it’s more bitter and less sweet tasting, true dark chocolate (70%+) is less likely to spark a never-ending chocolate binge.

If you still can’t resist the chocolatey goodness, just don’t buy it at all. What you don’t have lying around you won’t be able to eat!
