That would be a long list, even most green vegetables have a form of carbohydrate although not a refined one like a loaf of white bread. Carbohydrates healthy whole unrefined ones are important fuel for not only our bodies but our brains. We need them to survive. If you are trying to avoid refined carbs I suggest you stop eating packaged food and look at whole and ancient grains like brown rice, quinoa, and teff. Grains are also over eaten a serving of a grain is 1/2 a cup so if you stick to the correct portions weight isn't an issue. The only foods that don't really contain carbs are pure proteins like meats and fats. Hope that helps.
