How Does HISTAME Get Rid of Food Intolerance/Allergy Discomforts?

Posted by Jenhill

I've had experience mistaking food intolerance with food allergy before, and my friend recommended "Histame" capsules and it really helped me a lot. It relieved me of the headaches, and other symptoms that caused me too much discomfort. Anyone heard of this Histame capsules?  I'd like to get insight from anyone who've experienced its effects.

Interesting question.  Histamine is part of our immune response and actually TRIGGERS an immune response.  Taking histamine isn't the right choice for everyone, and this solution is NOT the best choice for people who have allergies to peanuts or wheat gluten or seafood.

Instead of guessing which foods are causing you a discomfort, it is best to get food allergy AND sensitivity testing to see which foods are triggering this response in you.

Histamine is a tightly controlled immune response in our bodies and too much for certain people may NOT be a good thing.

I highly recommend you try a good probiotic supplement too! Our son has had severe eczema caused by food allergies and intolerances and when no one could help him - we began to give him his Belly Boost chewables and they have been a miracle for him. He still has some food allergies and avoids those but his skin is so much better now and he can eat many foods that he was once intolerant to.
