Stress and anxiety is one of the most common disorders in today’s society. But, did you know that you can reduce your stress naturally?Besides the common tips of reducing your load by delegating, there are natural alternatives to reducing stress. Aromatherapy is one of the natural ways to reduce your stress and anxiety levels.

Some aromas that help with stress are:

  • Passion flower
  • Lemon
  • Peppermint
  • Valerian

These wonderful aromas can be used in the form or candles or essential oils . Simply lighting a candle and relaxing in a quiet or dim room will help. However, not many of us have the luxury of a quiet room so that’s when you can opt for essential oils. Essential oils can be diffused into the air which will not only help you but those in within the range of the aroma. If you don’t have a diffuser, you can also apply the essential oils topically.

Stress and anxiety is very real however you don’t have to give in to it. You can certainly manage the levels naturally and aromatherapy is one of the ways. Try it today!
