Divide your plate into quarters. Half the plate should be vegetables, a quarter for protein (ie: turkey) and a quarter for starchy vegetables (potatoes) or grains (stuffing). Keep the gravy and butter to a minimum, and you've got yourself a dinner that won't keep you feeling weighed down until New Year's. Enjoy your holiday and the delicious food! In moderation, of course. |
