I believe I've referenced his article before, but Ash sent it to me, and as I re-read it I decided I really like it. I also like the actual article more than any summary I can give.
SO check out this article . It's not too long or wordy, but about a study at Princeton showing the different effects corn syrup and sugar had on rats. Maybe sugar isn't so evil after all? Or maybe HFCS is actually poison.
