Hello!

Posted Jul 08 2012 3:41pm
Hi! I’m Paulina. I’m a biotechnology student on international exchange while internship in Stockholm's KI. But first of all a diet geek that lost almost 10 kilogrames since March 2012, following LCHF lifestyle. A health enthusiast. A real foods connoisseur. And I have PCOS.

I’ve found that eating a low carb, mostly meat&veggie-based diet has allowed me to continue to live and love life to the fullest. Although I am quite satisfied with my weight now, I would like to give my body nicer shape through introducing some physical activity that i never been enthusiast before. I plan to start running, as soon as I get proper shoes. Why? Here in Stockholm everybody does! I’m also 100% devoted to giving my body healthy, wholesome, quality food. Nutritious and delicious, all the time. This diary is a way for me to share my daily dealings with food, fitness, and everything in between.

For a better start I'll boost my metabolism with 5 days long induction. I would like to cut carbs in my diet again up to 20 of daily intake... Starting tomorrow. I mean it :)
So here I am, Enjoying last drops of my delicious SKIPPY peanut butter... on cinnamon, seedy, PB Bagels made off small Granny Smith apple. I added a small piece of low-carb cheesecake and cup of white coffee with real fullfat cream resulting with great option for non-induction low-carb breakfast.
Isn't it mr rabbit? (I just shot him from window with my cam, isn't it great to have this much of nature in the heart of the city? )

Green is colour of hope. So, I hope I can menage changing my life into healthier :) Thanks for stepping by!
And sorry for my English ^^'
