Healthy Snack: Yogurt/Cereal/Raisins

Light Yogurt with Fiber Cereal and Dried Fruit

Will keep you full because of the protein in the yogurt and cereal (I would use all bran or fiber one or any other cereal with higher fiber to keep you satisfied) and is satisfying because of the sweetness from the raisins/dried fruit and yogurt. Use a 1/4 cups of dried fruit and it counts as a serving of fruit!

Approx. total calories: 230 (80 from yogurt, 120 from raisins, 30 from bran cereal)

This is one of my favourite snacks- I use Greek yogurt because it' so much higher in protein, and so thick/creamy :)
Yes, I use greek yogurt (when I have it) too because of the protein or I mix in some plain greek yogurt to a light fruit flavored regular yogurt!
cottage cheese mixed into fruit yogurt is really good too :D
