Tabouli
Tabouli

Hubby does cook sometimes. Sometimes I feel that I am the main person to do the brunt of the housework but, here are some meals he made recently. He uses what he can find around the house. The top photo is what he cooked yesterday, free-range, natural chicken (shhh, don’t tell him how much I paid for it.) broccoli and tomatoes he purchased at the regular store (I am sure they are NOT organic), and potatoes. I think he fried them in olive oil.

The bottom photo is something he made when I was so tired last week. We didn’t have much in the house, but he found a box of tabouli and prepared it, along with a Natural Sea tuna fish sandwich ( tuna has no added salt and is said to be sustainably harvested and also committed to provided customers with the highest quality, dolphin and marine mammal safe, tuna.) on Ezekiel bread and some salad I had purchased from the co op. I had never even heard of tabouli before last year. It is a Middle Eastern salad.
