Good afternoon bloggies! I hope you enjoyed my first HLS recap-but now it’s time to recap day 2! Hold on to your shorts cause here we go!
On Saturday morning, my roomies and got up around 7, got ready and headed downstairs for some great eats and a day full of seminars. The breakfast was sponsored by Thomas’,Stonyfield , and Quaker . And let me tell ya-the spread was awesome! These companies really outdid themselves
First there was pretty much any kind of Stonyfield yogurt you could think of including my favorite-GREEK!
This of course would not be a healthy living summit without a blogger favorite: OATMEAL
They also had bagels, muffins and fruit.
I opted to have a cup of oatmeal with raisins, some fruit half of a bagel and the new caramel greek yogurt. I still have to say, that it doesn’t seem like Greek yogurt to me-it’s too runny for me! I did also manage to throw down some much needed coffee as well-coffee makes me happy in the morning
