(This is going to cover both days, Christmas I will be on vacation...at home) :)
Food is a MEGA part of the holidays, and the treats especially. (However usually by this time I'm so sick of sweets, but too sick off of sweets to eat anything real, it's terrible!) ANYWHO! I ran across an awesome recipe, cookies! (Delicious!)
The first Peppermint Snowball Cookies-This recipe rocks BECAUSE the minty smell in the peppermint might actually help you eat less! In a stody at the Wheeling Jesuit University in West Virginia, people who sniffed peppermint essential oil every two hours at 23% less calories than those who didn't. (for those of you curious about essential oils...I might have to start sniffing peppermint!) I guess mints would have to be a great way to kick cravings then wouldn't they!?
