Listen, there is NO WAY in hell you’ll stick to your resolutions to eat healthy if you need to spend 2 hours in the kitchen each night after work, shopping, dicing, slicing endlessly and slaving over a hot oven.

Your lifestyle is that of a busy urbanite and as such you need to get your hands on healthy, easy, tasty recipes that won’t require a degree from Le Cordon Bleu school of culinary arts and that can be prepared at (almost) light speed.
