have swollen ankles,i have had aninadaquete calorie intake for 5months, is it related? anorexia?what spercifically am i lackin

cut out calcuim and carbs many ate lots of veg, fair about of meat still tho.

 is it diet related

 howcan they be treated.

 should i visit a walk in centre or doctors? will they treat it with anti inflamitory's or is their something i can do. no longer restricting diet.
