juice of 1 lime
1 cup kale or spinach
1 cup of pineapple chunks
¼ of an avocado
¼ cup of cilantro
1 slice of ginger
Blend ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.

I have been into pineapple lately. Naturally sweet and loaded with Bromelain. Bromelain aids digestion by enhancing the effects of the digestive enzymes trypsin and pepin. It can also help to prevent heartburn by ease diarrhea.
Guess what? The PSU Farmer's Market's opened today and we could not wait to go!
Spring has definitely sprung and it was so fun to be able to go the Farmer's Market to eat, explore and gather inspiration.
We met up with the boys at McMenamins- Kennedy School to listen to some St. Patty's Day music and see some Irish Dancing. So much fun.
