Happy New Year eve to all. As I am writing this post my family back home is just an hour away from welcoming the New Year.
So keeping up with my workout string I went to the gym early today as it will be closing by 4 pm. See how dedicated I am already?! Well it was a blasting workout, walked for 45 minutes with a mix of running, walking on an incline and brisk walking most of the time. I covered a total distance of 2.32 miles and burned 253 calories. It was fun and I am sore in the lower part of my body particularly, at the spot where I pulled my leg yesterday. But it didn’t seem to bother until after the workout. I came home to have lunch with the husband, which was Leftover Semi- Minestrone soup from last night, crackers and some yogurt. We are planning a romantic dinner for ourselves this evening although nothing has been finalized.
