Okay, maybe not 25, but she sure does dance like it.
The incredible Mama Bender is celebrating her birthday today. I wish I could be there to sing and make a grass-fed meal in person, but look forward to doing just that when we come for Thanksgiving a few weeks from now!

Mama Bender is the most incredible woman I know. She has led by example throughout my life, teaching me what it means to not only be ambitious and driven, but also, more importantly, what it means to love and respect others. I work toward being more like her every day. In this case, it’s true what they say about daughters becoming their mothers, and I could not be prouder to take after mine.
There can be no doubt that I look up to and admire this woman. The proof is in the pictures.
