I'd like to start posting my workouts as a way to keep track for myself and for feedback from my invisible readers! I'm not sure if I will do this everyday, but it would be nice wouldn't it??
Workout today:
10 Min Stairmaster Warm-up
2x25 Squats with overhead press
4x50 Crunches on stability ball
2x25 Triceps (not sure what to call the exercise!)
3x15 Hanging Crunches (knees to chest)
35 Min Elliptical Intervals
