Long before homemade Larabars were all the rage, my aunt was making these super easy (just three ingredients and no baking!), vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free bars. They are nutritionally awesome, with no added sugar (just the natural sweetness of apple juice) and healthy Omega 3 from the flax. Most of all, however, they are DELISH! Sweet, complex, chewy, and snackable!
