Our buddy, actress Samantha Quan, shared this easy recipe idea - perfect for an easy, stress-free Thanksgiving dinner!
I have been making personal pot pies (great for leftovers too).
Take 2 ramekins (the size for personal baked soups) and fill them with a stew-like mixture (i.e.: potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, chicken, chicken stock, maybe some cream, peas, turnips... leftover roasted vegetables/chicken/what have you, bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste)
Make nice and thick... then I cover it with some pre-bought puffed pastry... bake until golden and bubbling at 350 (about 25 min) and it's DELISH!
