Green Smoothie Recipes:
Smoothies are a HUGE part of my day.A good smoothie to me always includes a fresh avocado to make it creamy.
If you are new to this just try adding 1/4 cup coconut milk, 2 cups raw spinach and 1 cup frozen fruit. Add enough purified water to make it blend.
As you feel experimental, try adding different greens, protein powder, Spirulina, Nutritional Yeast, etc.
Start with 1/4 cup organic whole coconut milk plus another cup+ of pure water.
Add Greens + Vegetables, 2cups Bok ChoySpinach
Kale or any dark green leafy vege RomaineSprouts
Add seeds, nuts, and/or organic almond butter Ground flax seeds
Almonds Add fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, banana etc) to make it taste great.
I add Nutiva Spirulina and Jay Robb Whey Protein or Sun Warrior Brown Rice Protein Powder.
