Great summer recipe

So, here's a fun, healthy way to encourage people in your family to eat a bit more fruit.

Cracker parfaits:

Basic, whole wheat crackers

Fat free vanilla yogurt or whipped cream

Strawberries, blueberries, kiwi - cut up strawberries and kiwi into manageable pieces.

Lay out the crackers on a tray. Put a tiny spoonful of yogurt/whipped cream on top. Decorate with fruit pieces and blueberries. Put tray in fridge for an hour. Serve!
