It would be nice to see nutritional information at all restaurants. If the info was incorporated into the menu nicley, I don't think it would damper the gourmet experience. Often food items that seem healthy and are marketed that way are not.
For this reason, we just launched a new service called Wellternatives that lets people find nutrition info for thousands of chain restaurants — right from their cell phone or the site. It also makes recommendations for a healthier alternative to your favorite restaurant meal. Check it out and let us know what you think.

Gourmet Restaurants and Nutritional Info
Posted by Nirmala N.
There's been an increasing amount of pressure on fast-food restaurants to list the nutritional content of their meals, but do you think this should also apply to chain restaurants and even your more upper-crust establishment? When you go out to eat a nice dinner, is knowing the nutritional/caloric content important to you, or does it simply put a damper on the gourmet experience?
