Good, healthy vegan bean dish

I found this recipe online, and tried it this past week. It was quick, flavorful, and didn't kill me grocery shopping. Serving Size : 8 1 onion -- chopped 1 green pepper -- chopped 3 cloves garlic 4 1/2 cups black beans (3 cans), rinsed and drained 3 cups diced tomatoes -- (canned, with green chiles) 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce 1/4 teaspoon cumin salt and pepper -- to taste Sauté onion and green pepper in nonstick pan until soft, using a bit of water to prevent sticking. Add remaining ingredients and cook about 20 minutes, until flavors combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
