Going Way Low-Cal to Lose Weight?

Happy Thursday, ladies and gents. Good news! More Than Mary , Mary Rambin’s lifestyle blog, is back in action! I’m honored to be a part of her world. Check me out every Thursday for my regular feature on MTM (and I’ll post a reminder here!).

Today’s topic: drastically cutting cals to lose weight — yes or no? Mary told me she got a question from one of her readers about whether it’s okay to eat less than 1,200 calories a day in an attempt to drop weight quickly.
