Over the weekend, the BF was hungry and in one of those moods where he can't decide what he wants to eat. Enter Stacy, with an idea to test. I'm really so lucky he just lets me experiment on him! Since I know how the BF feels about portion sizes, I made him a towering sandwich.
I mixed some 0% greek yogurt with garlic powder, sage and basil to create a very quick garlic and herb mayo that is a lot healthier than what he usually throws on his sandwich. Then the rest of the contents of the sandwich were what I had handy: tomatoes, spinach, swiss cheese, black forrest ham & bread. He was satisfied and filled up (that is saying a lot)!
He enjoyed the garlic and herb mayo, and he didn't miss the usual bacon on his club sandwich too much! Yay for making the BF healthy!
