With this last food chart added to the others you now have a complete nutrition guide to all of the top muscle building foods and their nutrition facts. When ever you have questions about the nutrition facts of certain top bodybuilding foods then check back to these charts right here or print out all of these charts and put them together and keep it right on your fridge. This last chart contains various miscellaneous foods that are often consumed by health and fitness minded individuals. This chart is very important because a lot of times it is the little things that we eat that we don’t even think about that are holding us back from achieving our top fitness goals. REMEMBER nutrition determines about 80% to 90% of how our bodies will look.
