A successful way to change the way you eat is adding one new healthy item a month to your diet.

Each month add new items to your shopping list for meals and snacks.

Stock them in your car, next to your computer or in your purse -- any place to help you eat better.

Get the idea of planning what you will eat instead of what you will not eat. It's a more positive approach.
