Garlic is Great for Meat-Eaters!

Can’t stay away from red meat but you still want to stay healthy and cancer-free? Consider eating more garlic. Two fresh cloves of garlic per week can help stave off breast cancer, if you’re a meat-eater. That’s because garlic has a compound called diallyl sulfide, which actually counteracts a carcinogen in red meat that may lead to breast cancer.
