I'm talking about the drink!

Monster Enery drinks used to start my morning. I didn't feel good drinking them. Scott's Drum Company is sponsered by them so we could bring home cases of them.
They are artificial, and have a ton of caffeene in them.
I can't tell you how much better I feel mentally and physically since I have switched to
Green Monsters.
My favorite combo=berry or chocolate Amazing Grass simply with 2c venillia unsweetened almond milk.
This is just one more step toward my healthier greener life!
Breakfast this morning started with a green monster at 4:45, then one at 6:15 (more in my next post on why I was awake since 4:15.
I dug into my breakfast cookie at about 7:00 after some intense cleaning!

2 stalks celery, 3/4 c oats, 1c Kiffer, coconut extract, 1 lg scoop chia seeds, 1 banana, 1 kiwi.

Then I had a PB + kiwi sammie grilled in the pan.

I'm going to try and get out of the house this morning and get to a step/tonw class at the gym at 9:00! I can't believe how long I have been awake already!

check up on my dad (who may have a bone infection)

see if my cousin and wife would like to stay with us over thanksgiving
write class flow for exercise class at public school
I feel like i'm forgetting to write some things.
