I’m hanging out on the couch, icing my knee/IT band while I blog and watch the TODAY show…and drink coffee. I just finished a BodyRock workout, which kicked my butt. I love switching up my workouts, especially while I’m on a running hiatus. Yesterday I walked 2 miles and then did Bob Harper’s Yoga for the Warrior workout.
I have NO pain at all while I walk, I can even do jumping jacks and mountain climbers without pain. I go back to the chiropractor on Monday, so I’ll probably shoot for doing a run/walk on Tuesday. I feel like my blog is all about my IT band right now, but I guess that’s what happens.
This morning I did this Body Rock workout. I don’t do it for time and I did 5 rounds of it. It took me 25 minutes to complete. If you want to learn more about Body Rock, check out my post or the twins post about it. The twins also made their own sandbags !
Last night for dinner I had socca pancakes, but I wanted to share Erica’s socca pizza with you. This looks incredible and I WILL be recreating this again asap.
