Free Classes Courtesy Of The Cancer Project

Posted Sep 11 2009 10:21pm

Hi All,

I received this email from Lauray MacElhern, PCRM's (Physicians Committee For Responsible Medicine) Managing Director for The Cancer Project.

Lauray wrote: "This September, participate in Prostate Cancer and Ovarian Cancer Awareness month, by attending The Cancer Project’s Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Classes for Cancer Prevention and Survival in your town.  Dietary factors have been associated with both prostate and ovarian cancer, and the Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Classes are full of lifesaving information on the value of a healthy diet to fight cancer, helpful cooking tips, and delicious food samples.  Plus, you can expand what you learn in the classes and pick up The Cancer Project’s new book, The Cancer Survivor's Guide: Foods That Help You Fight Back.

If you would like to receive monthly e-mail notices for upcoming class listings, for yourself or to spread the word to your family and friends, click here. Please forward this message to spread the word to your friends and family so that they too can discover this health-inspiring experience. Below is a list of all of the classes beginning across the country in September 2009.
