For Thinner Thighs-Plan Ahead

You know you?ll be out all day, appointments, errands, etc. What do you do? You can use it as an excuse to eat junk from the drive thru, grab chip or a candy bar and a bottle of soda at the convenience store and feel like doggy doo for the rest of the day. Or you could plan ahead. I always carry a little cooler with me when I know I'll be out and about for several hours. I pack water, V-8, veggies, a piece of fruit, and maybe some yogurt. Some times I pack a salad or sandwich and have lunch in the park or plan time to have a healthy sit down meal with friends. Trust me. You?ll feel better at the end of the day and your thighs will thank you. How do you plan for a day out?
