Unfortunately for now the best I’m going to be able to do for a post (while still getting enough sleep for my 18-hour day tomorrrow!!) is this… 

6:30 am- Gym for LBWO. Same as usual, did some extra ab exercises I will post soon!

Meal 1: Banana Cream  Pie Smoothie, made by me- 1/2 c almond milk, 1 lg banana, 1 scoop vanilla EAS pro powder, cinnamon + vanilla 

Meal 2: Kashi Go Lean (1/2 c ) and -% chobani 

Meal 3: Leftover turkey burger on sandwich thin with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, banana peppers + green beans on the side 

Meal 4: EAS Myoplex Lite bar 

Meal 5: Black beans, Chicken, tomato + Corn salsa with red pepper slices on the side ‘

Meal 6: Cottage cheese + Nectarine.

First night back at my old job went well!
