
I guess this is a question. Here's a list of magnesium foods. In the meantime here's an abbreviated version:
1-Cocoa is super rich in magnesium. We're talking the cocoa powder itself, not all the other stuff in chocolate.
2-Spinach and other dark leafy veggies.
3-Halibut, followed by salmon and other fish.
4-Pumpkin seeds. About 1mg per seed.
5-Almonds are about 3mg per almond, and brazil nuts each have about 15mg
6-Beans. especially lima beans and white beans.
7-Whole raw grain, especially buckwheat.
