Food Journal. 5 Weeks to Weightloss (Day 3)

I'm finding that having a public food journal makes me reconsider some of the food choices that I am thinking of making - and that's a good thing. More good news today: Hint Water featured our review of Hint Pear Water on their blog. Ellen reviewed it and loved it! Now on to today's eats.

Breakfast: Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal, like yesterday, but today it was plain with 2 packs of Splenda.
